Because coaching conversations often bring a leader back to her/his reflective or spiritual practice, it helps to broaden the scope and vocabulary of coaching to include contemplative states of listening, being, and discernment. This Coaching Intensive will probe the overlap of coaching and spiritual direction, two unique doorways to the Soul that sometimes open to common sacred ground. Seasoned as well as new coaches will gain new insights, tools, and skills
from the Western contemplative tradition, which they can bring to contemporary coaching.
