A Spring Day with the Gospel of Luke and Acts
of the Apostles: Stories of Faith and Healing
with Eloise Rosenblatt, RSM

Thursday, April 26, 2018
10:00 am to 2:00 pm
Free – Bring a bag lunch
Donation Requested

This day is an invitation to re-read and re-encounter stories of Jesus healing people in the Gospel of Luke, and Peter and Paul healing sufferers in Acts of the Apostles.

What does it mean to be healed physically, relationally, emotionally, and spiritually?

Can you be healed as a person but still live with physical challenges?

What inspiration comes to us when we remember stories of faith and healing in the New Testament?

The day will include presentation on selected scripture passages, focused reflections, dialogue, guided meditation, shared prayer, and a healing ritual.

Eloise Rosenblatt, R.S.M. is a Sister of Mercy, a theologian and an attorney at law. She has a Ph.D. in theology from the Graduate Theological Union.  Her special focus has been the Gospel of Luke and Acts of the Apostles.

RSVP encouraged to Your generosity supports the work of Mercy Center.
