RETREAT

In the first two Cave of the Heart retreats we examined the cave as a symbol of the heart and the interior quest. Now we will further explore living from the cave of who we are. This retreat stands on its own and does not require attendance at the previous Cave of the Heart retreats.

Together we will search for rhythms that sustain us, learn how to interface with the world around us and honor the obligation to bring creative expression and celebration to life as integral to our purpose and mission.

Retreat begins Thursday evening at 6:00 pm with dinner, then we will go into silence.
