Healing Touch

Healing Touch uses light touch interventions to assist the innate healing process. It promotes repatterning of energy within the individual allowing for balance and harmony to emerge. The touch assists the individual in relaxation, relief of stress and enhancement of the energetic field. The participant is fully clothed in loose clothing.
