Mercy Center is launching a new program for past, current, and aspiring leaders who want to refresh and learn new crucial self-knowledge and leadership skills to help work more effectively in their own environments. This new nine-month program is called Soul-Driven Leadership and will welcome its inaugural cohort in early 2018.

The program's goal is to transform current and potential leaders into inspired and compassionate leaders, leaders who act from both the head and the heart. While designed for current leaders from a variety of backgrounds, this program is ideal for individuals who have exited their primary careers and yet are interested in taking on new challenges with a reinvigorated approach and tool set.

The program will dive into the inner/personal side of leadership without espousing specific religious beliefs. All persons desiring to grow their leadership potential are welcome. Certificate of Completion upon program completion.

Program Fee: $800, plus $50 nonrefundable application processing fee.

Program Flyer: For reference, download and print the program flyer.
