Mercy Center

Program Overview

Purpose: Global, political and spiritual crises today give us leadership opportunities of a lifetime. Mercy Center, an internationally recognized retreat/conference center, offers a unique pilot series, Spirituality in Leadership, for persons who desire to develop their potential leadership or who currently serve in leadership positions of various types.

Participants will probe leadership topics through presentations by experienced leaders, reading, video, discussion and role plays. Persons of diverse backgrounds are welcome.

In advance of the first session, participants will take The Leadership Circle Profile assessment tool, administered by a certified agent. The tool will give participants solid self-knowledge, a common vocabulary, and a way of deepening connections with other participants during the nine-month program.

Certificate of Completion:   A certificate will be given upon completion of the program.

Program Series Fee: $1,200, plus $50 nonrefundable application processing fee.

Financial Aid:  Some partial scholarships will be available. Thanks to a generous donor, some limited financial aid is available to assist with program fee only.
