East West: Live Online Evening Meditation

Wednesday evening meditation with the East-West Meditation Community takes place from 7:00–8:30 p.m. PDT in live Zoom sessions led by Sr. Judy Cannon. Sr. Judy has been studying and practicing meditation since 2000. She has made silent retreats at Mercy Center Burlingame with Fr. Thomas Hand and Fr. Greg Mayers, and at The Insight Retreat Center and Spirit Rock Meditation Center.
