Writing Your Life

September 12, 2023 – May 14, 2024
Meets once a month second Tuesdays from 10am-12pm

You are invited to take time to reflect and write about your life, present and past, in a writing community. Writing prompts, information on writing craft, and time for discussion and sharing are essential parts of the program. The online meetings will be once a month on the second Tuesday of the month from 10am to 12pm, beginning September 12, 2023 until May 14, 2024. Materials will be available online two weeks before the meeting. Beginners and experienced writers are welcome. Enrollment is limited. Led by Liz Dossa and Sister Linda Bradford.

Program Presenters

Linda Bradford, RSM, a native of New Orleans, Louisiana, is a Sister of Mercy. She is a retired teacher, principal and art therapist, with experiences in education in both high schools and elementary schools in Texas, Louisiana, Nicaragua and the Bay Area. She holds a certificate in spirituality from the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology and an M.Ed. from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, Texas. She has a life-long interest in Art, Spirituality and Psychology and in helping writers participate in Guided Autobiography classes.

The cancellation policy for Mercy Center Burlingame depends upon several factors including the type of program and duration of stay. Generally, the cancellation policy is a 50% forfeiture of payment if cancelled within 1 week or less of the program start date. Cancellation fees set forth in any specific program description supersedes any terms set forth in this general cancellation policy description.
